These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between the user (“User”) and GUDDO EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name Growth English (“Growth English”), collectively referred to as “the Parties.”

By accessing and using the Growth English app, website (https://growthenglish.com), and any associated leads and training material provided by Growth English, the User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If the User disagrees with any part of these terms and conditions, they must refrain from using the Services.

1. Modification of Terms and Conditions

Growth English reserves the right to update, modify, add, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any updates.

2. Account Termination

Growth English may, at its sole discretion, terminate the account of any User found in violation of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Users are urged to comply with the most recent version of these terms and conditions available on the website and app.

3. Membership Termination

Growth English retains the right to cancel the membership and account of any User with detailed reasons provided, if deemed necessary.

4. Ethics

Users are expected to conduct themselves ethically and professionally. Any User engaging in unethical behavior may be removed without refund, at the sole discretion of Growth English.

5. Cancellation/Termination of Membership

Cancelled or terminated Users forfeit all benefits, privileges, and positions held in participating programs owned by Growth English.

6. Relationship of Parties

Users acknowledge that they act as independent contractors and not as employees or agents of Growth English. No partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise is created by this Agreement.

7. Disputes

Any disputes shall be interpreted under the laws of the country of incorporation of Growth English. Disputes with financial processors may result in immediate account termination.

8. Copyright Material

All branding, logos, and graphics within Growth English are copyrighted. Use, distribution, or copying of such content is expressly prohibited without prior approval.

9. Damaging Intent

Users engaging in damaging activities deemed harmful to Growth English or its stakeholders may face termination, and legal action may be taken as deemed appropriate.

10. UCE/UBE or SPAM

Growth English strictly prohibits the use of UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) or SPAM. Violators may have their accounts terminated, forfeiting any current or future commissions.

11. Contact Information

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information. Growth English is not liable for communication errors due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

12. Tax

Users are responsible for all taxes payable in their resident domicile or jurisdiction for any income received from Growth English or leads sold via the Growth English website.

13. No Warranty

All leads and training are provided “As Is” without any warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, regarding accuracy or performance.

14. No Assignment

Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent.

15. Severability

If any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Limitation of Liability

Growth English is not responsible for the success or failure of Users’ businesses or decisions. Users agree that Growth English is not liable for business outcomes related to information presented by the company.

17. Accurateness of Information

Growth English makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of advertising messages or marketing tools. Users are encouraged to perform due diligence.

18. Cross Sponsoring/Cross Recruiting

Cross sponsoring, cross recruiting, and cross line jumping are prohibited. Users may not solicit individuals in a different downline or engage in misleading recruiting practices.

19. Income Representation

Users shall not make income representations beyond those set forth in official company material.

20. Direct Seller (Growth English Associates)

Users engaged in direct selling must adhere to ethical practices, including accurate representation, honest identification, and transparent communication with consumers.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Growth English and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Users are encouraged to contact Growth English for any clarifications or concerns regarding these terms and conditions.
