Subject: Complaint Regarding Faulty Refrigerator Model RW-304

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your store – a Refrigerator Model RW-304, which I bought on April 15, 2024, from your Mansarovar outlet in Jaipur.
Unfortunately, since the installation, the refrigerator has not been functioning properly. The cooling system seems to be deficient, as the temperature inside the fridge compartment does not go below 15°C, rendering it incapable of preserving food items effectively. Additionally, the freezer compartment has failed to produce any ice, indicating a possible malfunction in the freezing mechanism. This issue persists despite following all operational guidelines provided in the user manual.
Given the brand’s reputable market presence and the considerable amount spent on this appliance, I expected a product of high quality and reliability. However, the current situation has caused not only inconvenience but also led to the spoilage of perishable goods, adding to my dissatisfaction.
As per the warranty terms stated at the time of purchase, I request the following actions be taken to resolve the issue:
1. Immediate inspection of the refrigerator by a qualified technician from ElectroWorld Pvt. Ltd. to diagnose and rectify the fault.
2. Should the problem be irremediable, I seek a replacement of the refrigerator with a new, fully functional unit of the same model or an equivalent one.
3. In the event that a replacement is not feasible, I would like to request a full refund of the purchase price.
I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt and warranty card for your reference. I trust that ElectroWorld Pvt. Ltd. values its customers and will take prompt and effective action to address this matter.
