Dear Mr. Kapoor,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of Elegant Interiors Design Co. as the Finance Manager, concerning an outstanding payment for the interior design services we provided for your new office space in Andheri, Mumbai.
As per our records, an invoice (Invoice #1234) was issued on February 1, 2024, for the amount of INR 5,00,000, with a payment due date of March 1, 2024. As of today, March 23, 2024, we have not yet received this payment. I would like to kindly remind you of this outstanding amount and request that the payment be processed at your earliest convenience.
We understand that oversights can happen and there may be valid reasons for the delay. If there are any issues or concerns regarding the invoice or the services provided, please let us know, and we would be more than happy to discuss them with you.
