Dear Mr. Kumar,
I am writing to formally announce my resignation from my position as Software Engineer at NextGen Technologies Pvt. Ltd., effective two weeks from today, April 5, 2024. This was not an easy decision to make, and it took considerable thought and consideration.
Over the past three years with NextGen Technologies, I have grown both professionally and personally. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and develop my technical skills under your leadership. These experiences have been invaluable, and I will carry the knowledge and insights gained here with me into the future.
My reason for leaving is to pursue an opportunity that aligns more closely with my long-term career goals in the area of cloud computing. While I am excited about this next step in my career, the decision to leave NextGen Technologies was difficult. I have great respect for the company, the team, and the work we do here.
I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will do everything possible to hand over my responsibilities effectively. I am happy to assist in training my replacement and will ensure that all my projects are up to date before my departure.
I would like to express my deepest thanks for the support, guidance, and encouragement you and the entire team have provided me during my tenure at NextGen Technologies. I look forward to staying in touch and hope our paths cross again in the future.
