Subject: Failure of Lucknow Municipal Corporation to Address Resident Complaints

The residents of Paradise Gardens have made concerted efforts to engage with the municipal corporation, hoping for a collaborative approach to resolving these issues. However, the absence of communication and action on the part of the municipal corporation has left us feeling neglected and frustrated.
Given the critical nature of these issues and their impact on the well-being of our community, we urge the Lucknow Municipal Corporation to:
1. Review and respond to the complaints submitted by the residents of Paradise Gardens in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Take immediate action to address the reported issues, including repairing damaged roads, ensuring regular garbage collection, improving street lighting, and resolving water supply disruptions.
3. Implement measures to improve the complaint handling process, ensuring that resident concerns are acknowledged and addressed promptly in the future.
4. Establish a direct line of communication between the municipal corporation and community representatives to facilitate ongoing dialogue and cooperation.
The residents of Paradise Gardens are committed to working with the municipal corporation to improve our community’s living conditions. However, it is imperative that the corporation reciprocates this commitment by taking our concerns seriously and demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving them.
