I am writing to you on behalf of Bright Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. regarding the error in the billing statement we issued to you for the month of April 2024. First and foremost, I wish to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and confusion this mistake may have caused you.
Upon receiving your query and after a thorough review of our records, we discovered that an error occurred due to a system glitch, which resulted in an incorrect billing amount being reflected in your statement. Instead of the actual usage amount of INR 2,450, the statement erroneously showed INR 4,900. We understand how such discrepancies can be distressing and want to assure you that we are taking immediate steps to rectify this error.
Corrective Measures Taken:
1. Bill Correction: We have issued a corrected billing statement reflecting the accurate amount of INR 2,450 for your electricity usage in April 2024. Please find the revised statement attached to this letter.
2. Adjustment in Next Bill: Should you have already made the payment based on the incorrect amount, the excess will be credited to your account and adjusted in your next billing cycle.
