Dear Mr. Shah,
I hope this letter finds you well. It is with a heavy heart and after much deliberation that I write to inform you of my decision to withdraw from our previously agreed commitment for the bulk purchase of organic cotton fabrics, scheduled for the upcoming financial quarter.
This decision was not made lightly and comes as a result of unforeseen financial challenges faced by D’Souza Textiles and Crafts, significantly impacting our purchasing power and inventory management plans. Despite our best efforts to navigate these difficulties, it has become clear that proceeding with this substantial commitment under the current circumstances would not be prudent or feasible.
I understand that this withdrawal may cause inconvenience to EcoFriendly Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., and for this, I sincerely apologize. It was my genuine intention to fulfill our agreement, and this decision comes only as a last resort in response to unexpected financial strain.
Please rest assured that D’Souza Textiles and Crafts values the relationship we have built with EcoFriendly Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. over the years, and it is my hope that we can navigate this situation with understanding and consideration for the challenges faced on both sides.
Furthermore, I am committed to settling any outstanding issues that may arise from this withdrawal in a manner that is fair and amicable. Should there be any financial implications or penalties as outlined in our agreement, I am open to discussions on how best to address these matters.
It is my sincere hope that, once our financial situation stabilizes, we will have the opportunity to revisit our partnership and potentially collaborate on future ventures that are mutually beneficial.
I would like to propose a meeting at your earliest convenience to discuss this matter further and to explore any possible ways we might mitigate the impact of this withdrawal. Please let me know your available times, and I will make the necessary arrangements.
Thank you for your understanding and for the partnership we have enjoyed thus far. I look forward to the possibility of working together again in the future under more favorable circumstances.
Warm regards,
Samantha D’Souza
