Therefore, I kindly request the Maharashtra State Labor Department to:
1. Conduct a thorough investigation into the reported workplace violations at Zenith Tech Solutions, Pune.
2. Take appropriate legal action against the company for any violations of labor laws to ensure compliance and protect the rights of employees.
3. Monitor the company’s practices closely to prevent future violations and to promote a fair and safe working environment.
