Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you on behalf of Gupta Textiles Ltd. to formally complain about the consistently poor service we have received from QuickLogistics Pvt. Ltd. over the past three months. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to your customer service department, our issues have persisted without resolution, compelling me to escalate the matter through this letter.
Specific Issues Encountered:
1. Delayed Deliveries: On multiple occasions, our shipments have been delayed without prior notice, significantly impacting our operations and our commitments to our customers. Notably, our most recent shipment (Tracking No. QL123456), due on April 20, 2024, arrived five days late.
2. Damaged Goods: We have received several complaints from customers about receiving damaged goods. An inspection on our end confirmed that the damage occurred during transit, as products leave our facility in pristine condition.
3. Lack of Communication: There has been a notable lack of communication from QuickLogistics regarding the status of our shipments. Requests for updates often go unanswered, leaving us unable to provide accurate information to our customers.
These issues have not only caused financial losses but also damaged our reputation with clients who rely on our timely delivery and the quality of our products. We had chosen QuickLogistics based on your promise of reliable and professional service, but the experience has been far from satisfactory.
Resolution Sought: We urge QuickLogistics Pvt. Ltd. to:
• Conduct a thorough investigation into the causes of these repeated issues.
• Take immediate corrective actions to ensure timely deliveries and the safe handling of our goods.
• Improve communication lines with your clients, providing timely and accurate updates on shipments.
We expect a formal response to this letter, outlining the specific actions QuickLogistics intends to take to resolve these issues. Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution will leave us with no choice but to consider terminating our contract and seeking alternatives for our logistics needs.
We hope that it will not come to that and that QuickLogistics will take swift action to rectify these problems. We look forward to your prompt reply and a resolution to these ongoing issues.
Sincerely,
Priya Gupta
