The lack of clarity and the difficulty in obtaining a detailed breakdown of the charges have compelled me to seek your direct intervention to address this matter promptly.
Therefore, I kindly request the following actions be taken at the earliest:
1. A thorough review and audit of the property tax assessment for my residence, D-303, Crystal Heights, for the FY 2024-2025, to identify and correct any errors in the calculation.
2. Provision of a detailed and itemized bill that clearly explains the basis of the tax calculation, including any changes in rates or assessment criteria from the previous year.
3. A rectified bill with the correct tax amount, if discrepancies are indeed found, along with an extension of the payment deadline to accommodate the time taken to resolve this issue.
