Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the persistent poor mobile service provided by XYZ Telecom in Surat, Gujarat. Despite being one of the leading telecom service providers, XYZ Telecom has consistently failed to deliver reliable mobile connectivity, internet speed, and customer service in our area.
Over the past six months, the residents of Highland Park and the surrounding localities have been facing significant issues with call drops, poor voice quality, and extremely slow internet speeds. These issues have not only caused inconvenience but have also impacted our daily operations, work-from-home jobs, and children’s online education.
Numerous complaints have been lodged with XYZ Telecom’s customer service, but the responses have been lackluster, with temporary fixes or no substantial improvement. The lack of accountability and urgency in addressing these concerns is alarming and unacceptable.
Given the critical importance of mobile connectivity in today’s digital age, it is imperative that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) intervenes to:
1. Conduct a thorough investigation into the quality of mobile services provided by XYZ Telecom in Surat, Gujarat.
2. Ensure XYZ Telecom takes immediate and effective measures to enhance the network infrastructure and service quality in the affected areas.
3. Monitor the service improvements and hold the service provider accountable for any continued failure to meet the required standards.
Reliable telecom services are not a luxury but a necessity for the socio-economic development and well-being of the community. As such, I trust that TRAI will take prompt and decisive action to address this issue and ensure that the residents of Surat receive the quality of service they deserve.
