Subject: Urgent Request for Resolution of Delayed Pension Payments

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and distress regarding the continued delay in the disbursement of my pension payments, which has not been credited to my account for the past six months. I am a retired government servant from the Department of Education, Bihar, and rely on my pension as my primary source of income.
Despite several visits to the local pension office and numerous inquiries, I have not received a satisfactory response or a resolution to this issue. The lack of communication and transparency has left me in a financially vulnerable position, struggling to meet my basic daily needs and medical expenses.

It is imperative that pensioners receive timely payments to ensure their well-being and financial security, especially during their retirement years.
Therefore, I kindly request the Pension Disbursement Department to take immediate action to:
1. Investigate the cause of the delay in pension payments to my account.
2. Expedite the processing and disbursement of the overdue pension payments.
3. Implement measures to prevent future delays and improve the efficiency of the pension disbursement system.
I have attached copies of my pension book, identity proof, and correspondence with the local pension office for your reference and action.
I trust that the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions will address this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I look forward to a prompt resolution and the receipt of my pending pension payments.
