Dear Mr. Jain,
I am writing to you in my capacity as HR Manager of FusionTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. After careful consideration and numerous discussions, it is with regret that I inform you of the termination of your employment with our company, effective 30 days from today, May 1, 2024. This decision has not been made lightly and follows a series of evaluations of your performance and conduct within the team.
Over the past months, there have been multiple instances where your performance has not met the company’s expectations outlined in your role as Senior Software Developer. Despite repeated feedback and the provision of performance improvement plans, there has been insufficient progress in areas critical to your role. Additionally, concerns regarding teamwork and communication have been raised, which have significantly impacted the team’s overall productivity and morale.
We understand that this news may be disappointing. Please be assured that this decision follows a thorough review process, in accordance with our company’s policies and the employment agreement you signed at the start of your tenure. FusionTech Solutions is committed to fair and respectful treatment of all our employees, and we have ensured that this process was conducted with the utmost consideration and professionalism.
In accordance with our company policy and your employment agreement, you will receive a severance package, which includes two months’ salary and benefits continuation for the next 60 days. Our HR department will provide you with all necessary documentation and details regarding this package and will assist you with any questions you may have about the transition.
We encourage you to view this period as an opportunity for growth and reflection, which can lead to future professional success. Our HR team is also available to provide support in your job search, including reference letters and career counseling services, should you require them.
Please arrange to return any company property, including your ID badge, laptop, and any other equipment or documents, by your last working day. You are scheduled to meet with me tomorrow at 10:00 AM to discuss the next steps and address any immediate questions you may have.
