Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Rajat Kumar, a student who recently appeared for the Class 12 CBSE Board Examinations (Science Stream) held in March 2024. I am writing to express my concern over discrepancies in the exam results published on May 10, 2024, specifically pertaining to my roll number 12345678.

Upon receiving my results, I was surprised and deeply concerned to find that the scores reflected in two subjects, Physics and Mathematics, significantly deviated from my expected performance, based on the rigorous preparation and consistent academic record maintained throughout the year. While I was anticipating scores above 85% in both subjects, the results displayed scores of 65% and 58%, respectively.

I have always approached my studies with dedication and have received commendable feedback from my teachers on my performance, especially in these subjects. The scores reported do not align with my academic history or the level of understanding and effort I have invested. This discrepancy leads me to believe there may have been an error in the tabulation of my marks or the assignment of the result to my roll number.

Given the gravity of board examination results in shaping students’ future academic and career opportunities, I kindly request a thorough re-evaluation of my answer sheets for Physics and Mathematics. Furthermore, I would appreciate if you could provide clarity on the process and timeline for resolving such issues, ensuring accuracy and fairness in the evaluation process.

Please find attached a copy of my admit card, the disputed result sheet, and records of my academic performance from my school, which support my request for a review.
